We offer superb accommodation in our lovely old brick guest house, only a few minutes walk to the centre of town and very close to the Hospital, Museums, University, Botanical Garden, Olveston House and the many restaurants Dunedin has to offer.

We supply a continental and a very hearty cooked breakfast in our lovely bright and cheerful dining room.

Tours can easily be arranged to all of Dunedin's wonderful attraction - the seals, yellow-eyed penguins and albatross, a train trip on our famous Taieri Gorge excursion train.

Friendly staff are available at all times for help and advice. All our rooms are non smoking and our prices range from $53 for a single room with shared facilities to $84 for a double room with private facilities.

We also have available 10 motel units which are all self contained. Our smiles and willingness to please are free of charge.
