Grove Villa is centrally located, an easy 6 minute walk to the central post office and visitor information centre of Nelson with its many excellent cafes, restaurants and shops, and on walking distance to the convention centres. It is also a pick-up and drop-off point for many tours such as wineries, Abel Tasman National Park, and Arts & Crafts. You can walk from Grove Villa to the Centre of New Zealand, Tahunanui Beach, Maitai Valley and the Grampians Reserve.

All rooms have quality beds, TV, heater, electric blankets, and are smoke free. In the guest lounge room you can check your email on the free fast-internet terminal, and make a cup of coffee or tea. When reserving a room, you can choose from six rooms with ensuite and shared facilities, queen size, double and single beds. Breakfast is continental with cereals, fruit salad, breads and fruit juice, coffee and tea.

Rates are discounted in the low-season, for group bookings and long stays.
